The Museum's exhibitions and displays explore a broad range of subjects relating to childhood, from design, photography and fashion, to play and social issues. Major exhibitions, such as War Games, are large and feature around a hundred objects, interactive interpretation and multimedia. Displays and installations, such as Red Balloon 86, are smaller and can range in size from one case to a room in the Galleries.
