Paul and Marjorie Abbatt Ltd. (Abbatt Toys)
Paul and Marjorie Abbatt were pioneers of innovative and well-designed toys in Britain.They believed that play was not a trivial pastime, but was instead vital to a child's social, emotional and intellectual health and development.

Lines Bros. Ltd.
Lines Bros. Ltd. was founded in 1919 by three brothers, William, Arthur and Walter Lines. Trading principally under the name Tri-ang Toys, the company grew to be one of the largest toy manufacturers in the world.

The Mettoy Company plc
Mettoy started trading in 1934 in Northampton, England. The company was started by Philipp Ullmann and Arthur Katz. Perhaps best known for the 'Corgi' range of toy cars, Mettoy produced a variety of toys before its collapse in 1983.

Palitoy
Cascelloid Limited, later to become Palitoy, was founded by Alfred Pallet in 1919 to manufacture celluloid and plastic goods. It was sold to General Mills in 1968, and remained in their control until they stopped European product development in 1984.
